1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or refund if:
- You received a damaged or defective product
- You received the wrong item
- The product is unused and in original condition

2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or damaged products (by customer)
- Products without original packaging
- Clearance or discounted items (unless defective)
3. Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
- The product will be inspected
- Refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refund will be sent via original payment method or mobile banking
4. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges if:
- The product is defective
- You received the wrong product
🔁 Exchange will be processed after receiving the returned item.
5. Return Shipping
- If the issue is from our side (wrong/damaged product), we will cover the return cost
- If the customer changes their mind, the return shipping cost must be paid by the customer
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before shipping
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
