1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or refund if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is unused and in original condition

📌 The request must be made within 3–7 days of receiving the product.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged products (by customer)
  • Products without original packaging
  • Clearance or discounted items (unless defective)

3. Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • The product will be inspected
  • Refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refund will be sent via original payment method or mobile banking

4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges if:

  • The product is defective
  • You received the wrong product

🔁 Exchange will be processed after receiving the returned item.

5. Return Shipping

  • If the issue is from our side (wrong/damaged product), we will cover the return cost
  • If the customer changes their mind, the return shipping cost must be paid by the customer

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipping
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
